1. The Festive Agreement

These Standards ("Rules") govern your path at Carnival Treasure, including all trials, rounds, and social interactions ("Adventure"). By entering our grounds, you confirm that you have understood and accepted to follow these Rules. If you defy them, you must abandon the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform – Social Browser Gaming

Carnival Treasure provides access to free-to-play online browser games and high-paced social expeditions exclusively for entertainment purposes. Real money gambling is strictly prohibited. Virtual points, relics, or accumulated collectibles ("Festive Assets"):

  • possess no monetary value in the real world,
  • cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, goods, or real-world prizes,
  • are used solely for gameplay progression within the festival ecosystem.

All browser games and trial results are designed solely for amusement and carry no financial weight in the physical world.

3. Registration and Security

a) The Rite of Entry:

Join us by providing your email and necessary details through our secure portal.

b) Data Veracity:

You commit to providing only accurate and complete information during your stay.

c) Access Protection:

You are the guardian of your credentials. You are responsible for all acts performed under your pseudonym. Notify us in case of a security breach.

d) Unique Identity:

Each explorer may only have one active profile. The use of automated scripts or multiple identities is strictly prohibited.

4. Explorer Code of Conduct

Your participation in the Adventure is for personal fun. You commit to avoid:

  • violating Canadian laws or regional decrees;
  • manipulating trial results or exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
  • using bots, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools;
  • attacking festival servers or community peace;
  • spreading malicious code or inappropriate content;
  • harassing other explorers or using false identities.

Management reserves the right to ban offenders and terminate privileges at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

a) Grounds Ownership:

All software, art, text, and interfaces are the property of Carnival Treasure or its partners. We grant you the temporary right to use the platform for fun.

b) Contributions:

By sharing content, you grant us the right to use it to improve the festival. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Assets and Progress

Relics and progress are privileges that may be altered or removed. We assume no responsibility for data loss due to maintenance or account suspension.

7. Portals to External Games

The Adventure may contain links to third-party game providers. We have no control over the content or mechanics of those external gaming sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ADVENTURE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. This is not a gambling venue, there are no real value prizes or paths to money.

9. Limitation of Liability

CARNIVAL TREASURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE GROUNDS. Our total liability shall be limited to any amounts paid in the last six months.

10. Path Termination

We may interrupt your access at any time, especially if you violate these Standards or Canadian laws. You can close your account via customer support.

11. Changes to Standards

We may alter the Adventure and these Standards at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Applicable Law

These Standards are governed by the laws of Canada. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Canada.
